Key responsibilities include providing world-class customer support to Polish-speaking users, troubleshooting technical issues related to fitness tracking, heart rate monitoring, and application synchronization, educating users on maximizing their wellness journey using Fitbit features and data insights, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through professional, empathetic, and efficient service, documenting user interactions to support product improvements, acting as a brand ambassador for Fitbit, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex hardware inquiries.
