In this role, you will provide high-quality technical and functional support to Fitbit users via phone, email, and chat, helping customers maximize their fitness trackers and wellness software features. You will troubleshoot sync issues, hardware concerns, and app-related queries within the fitness and wellness space, while staying up-to-date with the latest product updates. This position is based in Sofia, Bulgaria and offers remote work with fully paid training and a fully paid relocation package (flight, transfer, hotel). You will collaborate with international teams to optimize the user experience and represent the brand professionally in one of the exciting Danish-speaking opportunities in Sofia.
