The successful candidate will have proven experience delivering complex D2C, digital and marketplace projects, understanding customer journeys, online trading, fulfilment considerations and the impact on operations, and will use data-driven insights to unlock sustainable international growth while delivering a great customer experience. You will work cross-functionally, build strong relationships and navigate change to deliver outcomes.
