We’re looking for a Lead Security Engineer to join our in-house cyber defense team, part of a 10-15 person security department. This is an on-site role based in Helsinki, Finland. You will lead our security detection and response capabilities across the entire cyber estate, including endpoint devices, clouds, SaaS services (both our own and third-party) and software supply chains, while collaborating with team members and our outsourced Security Operations Center when needed. You will take an active role in signals engineering, exploring LLM log analysis capabilities, augmenting off-the-shelf offerings with custom tripwires, canary tokens, decoys, threat intel feeds or other approaches you devise. You should gain a deep understanding of our cyber estate to enable detection where it matters most and rapid response when things go wrong. You will hands-on lead major security incidents; automation rules and our SOC handle day-to-day anomalies, but you are able to take over when it matters.
