Today’s stack includes powerful internal tools; you will transform it into a cohesive product experience that engineers, operators, and client teams love. You will design and own the design system, unify back-office, front-office, and agent-configuration tools into a single product, and simplify the UX to configure agents and monitor live calls. Prototype with AI using live data, ship real working prototypes, and iterate quickly. Dive deep to understand complex problems and deliver elegant solutions that scale. This is a founding design seat on a category-leading AI product in a multi-hundred-billion market.
