In this role, you will provide high-quality technical and functional support to Fitbit users via phone, email, and chat, helping customers maximize their use of fitness trackers and wellness software.

Key Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality technical and functional support to Fitbit users via phone, email, and chat. - Help customers maximize use of fitness trackers and wellness software features. - Troubleshoot sync issues, hardware concerns, and app-related queries. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fitness technology trends and product updates. - Deliver empathetic and expert service aligned with the premium nature of the brand. - Collaborate with international teams to optimize the overall user experience in health and wellness. - Represent the company professionally for the Danish-speaking role in Sofia. - Demonstrate native or fluent Danish (spoken and written) and strong English for international collaboration. - Prior experience in technical support or customer relations is a plus.
