Orvia Underwriting, a pan-European MGA backed by The Ardonagh Group, is implementing a new Policy Administration System (PAS) to support its UK operations and broader European growth. This 9–12 month programme will deliver the initial UK implementation across eight insurance products. Reporting to the CTO, you will work within a cross-functional project team alongside underwriting, pricing, data, operations, finance, and external vendors to shape how insurance products are built, traded, and managed.

Responsibilities include: - Requirements & Product Design: define build-ready requirements for insurance products; design risk capture questions, data structures, validation rules and product workflows; ensure rating models and data inputs align with pricing; define underwriting rules, eligibility, triggers, authority limits and declinature logic; specify policy document generation requirements (schedules, invoices, wordings, lifecycle communications); collaborate with finance to define premium bordereaux and accounting outputs. - Delivery & Build: act as the primary liaison between Orvia stakeholders and the PAS vendor; clarify requirements, resolve ambiguities, ensure solutions meet scope; maintain full traceability; support planning, sequencing, dependency management and release readiness. - Testing & Launch: lead UAT across product releases; create test plans and coordinate testing; support users to achieve high-quality outcomes; track defects through resolution and retesting; assist with go-live and transition to business-as-usual. - Documentation & Governance: own projec
