Your mission as Email Marketing and Marketing Automation Specialist: Together with internal and external specialists, develop smart, data-driven, and conversion-focused email campaigns that increase event registrations, reduce no-shows, and maximize engagement of exhibitors and visitors.
Your role: You will be part of the Data & Email Marketing team within the central marketing department. Working alongside a colleague, you will be the technical specialist in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and support event marketers in its implementation and use. You will be the first point of contact for event marketers when they encounter issues in the tool. You coordinate, validate, and implement email campaigns, ensuring quality and consistency. You train and support event marketers in email marketing best practices, focusing on conversion-driven content and segmentation. You implement strong email templates focused on conversion. You set up A/B tests, analyze results, and make targeted recommendations to improve performance. You implement and optimize email and mobile journeys and marketing automation strategies to increase visitor engagement and conversions.
