As a Junior Marketing Manager, you will: - develop and refine our marketing strategy with the marketing team and implement the corresponding actions - plan and execute shoots, campaigns, trade shows, and collaborations with partners and influencers - create briefs for content production, external agencies, creatives, and service providers - support website maintenance and optimization - maintain our media database and help structure internal marketing processes - analyze marketing data, prepare reports, and derive concrete optimization actions - work from our Hamburg office and have the option to work from home

Your profile: - completed vocational training or studies in marketing, communications, media, or comparable experience - strategic thinker with a passion for hands-on execution - knowledge of website maintenance, content management systems and search engine optimization - affinity for furniture, design and education - quick to learn, detail-oriented, able to work independently and manage multiple projects - good communication, reliable, and a team player - comfortable with new technologies, especially Microsoft 365; ideally Canva and Adobe software
