We are seeking engineers who can build high-performance APIs and applications. Beyond ticking technology checklists, we seek engineers with depth and a drive to deliver end products to clients. You will collaborate with the Product Management team throughout the software development process, detailing requirements, reviewing progress, and addressing issues found during testing. Our platform runs on a microservices architecture with services built in Scala, Ruby, Node.js and Python. If you are not yet familiar with these technologies, you will have opportunities to learn them on the job with support from management and mentors.

Responsibilities - Build cloud-native services using Scala and open-source frameworks such as Akka and ZIO. - Develop unit and integration tests with Scala Test and ZIO Test. - Actively participate in stand-up meetings. - Contribute to Peer Code Reviews as part of our SDLC and Change Management processes.
Qualifications - Degree in Software Engineering. - 5+ years of web-based application development. - Experience in Scala, Node.js or Java is a plus. - Understanding of relational or NoSQL databases and modeling concepts. - Passion for learning new technologies. - Ability to work independently or in a team. - Strong problem-solving and communication skills. - Collaborative approach to software development.
Benefits - Base salary range: $130,000 to $170,000. - Compensation package includes salary, equity for all full-time employees,
