Fluidstack is building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI by delivering hyperscale compute and operating data centers worldwide. We are seeking a Technical Program Manager, Network to own the network activation path for every site—from structured cabling and optics through switch and router delivery, circuit turn-up, and vendor integration—so the network is never the reason a site goes live late.

Role scope: - Own the network activation path for every site activation across the fleet, ensuring timely production readiness. - Define the network readiness gates, acceptance criteria, and sign-offs that move a site from construction into production, and apply them fleet-wide. - Run the operating rhythm across network engineering, network operations, deployment, supply chain, and partner ecosystem; surface schedule risk weeks before go-live. - Drive network change and incident programs to closure, tracking corrective actions and fleet-wide trends. - Hold OEMs, ODMs, and deployment partners to delivery commitments with measurable data; surface issues as evidence rather than escalation. - Partner with the Principal Operations Engineer, Network, to ensure standards land on schedule at every site; travel up to 50%.

What we're looking for: - You have run network deployment or infrastructure delivery programs at scale, where a missed turn-up date costs capacity rather than just a status report. - You can hold engineers and vendors to a schedule across structured cabling, op
