Demandbase is seeking a Staff DevOps Engineer on the Developer Experience (DevEx) team to set the technical direction for internal platforms, tooling, and workflows that power engineering teams to ship reliably to production. This is a remote role that defines multi-quarter platform strategy across build, test, deploy, and operate stages for services and data pipelines running on AWS and GCP, and serves as the go-to person for platform decisions with broad impact across the organization. You will act as a force multiplier by abstracting infrastructure complexity into paved roads, driving adoption of self-service platforms, and embedding reliability, security, cost awareness, and observability. You will help shape how the broader engineering org adopts AI-assisted and agentic development workflows with guardrails to improve velocity and reduce cognitive load across Kubernetes-based services and data platforms.
