This role will establish the go-to-market approach—where to play, how to win, and the capabilities and tracking needed to meet financial targets—and will drive packaging automation portfolio growth and profitability. Responsibilities include managing assortment and vendor strategy, market trend analysis, demand generation programs, financial management (sales, margins, terms), and cross-functional collaboration with customers and suppliers. The Senior Product Manager will serve as the SME for Packaging Equipment & Automation, lead major supplier negotiations, and own the category P&L. Requirements include 5–10 years in Category Management, Merchandising, Sourcing, Product Management, or Commercial Strategy in large-scale B2B distribution or manufacturing; experience owning senior supplier relationships and leading contract negotiations; strong analytical skills and the ability to convert data into actionable insights; 10–15 years of related experience; Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
