You will define and deliver the systems that power virtual builds, process simulations, model-based definition, factory layout, and design-for-manufacturing, transforming slow, manual workflows into a cohesive digital thread. You will help engineers optimize work instructions, simulate factory layouts, and connect CAD, PLM, and MES tools to create a seamless, end-to-end workflow. You will drive automation and AI adoption, establish metrics to measure throughput and build readiness, and lead change management so engineers focus on solving problems rather than fighting software.
