CoverGo is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for the Health Insurance domain. This is a fully remote role based in Sofia, Bulgaria.

What You Will Do: - Work with clients and technical resources to identify business problems and develop analytical solutions. - Plan and design simple to semi-complex business processes and system modifications. - Gather business requirements through workshops and interviews; document requirements and communicate them to stakeholders. - Create complex test case scenarios and oversee testing to ensure client requirements are reflected in the system design. - Develop business requirements documents and user stories to support changes. - May plan, allocate, and monitor the work of other business analysts. - Understand systems and related data to surface actionable insights; provide time estimates for tasks; support QA, UAT, and release phases.

What We Need: - Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst. - Degree in Business, IT, or a related field. - Experience in the health insurance industry is required; Insurtech experience is preferred. - Knowledge of business analysis concepts, Agile methodologies, and requirements facilitation. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; technical writing is a plus. - Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment. - Ability to document processes, data integration, and workflows.
