Dynamo Software is seeking a Senior Automation Developer to join our AI-first Python automation team in Sofia, Bulgaria, on a hybrid work arrangement. You will build and operate web automation, ETL pipelines, and integrations that feed a large financial data platform, leveraging AI agents and internal tooling to improve reliability, security, and maintainability. Responsibilities include building and maintaining Playwright-based Python web automation and extraction pipelines with robust handling of DOM changes and structured data from HTML and PDFs, including schema validation and deterministic fallbacks to control cost and latency. You will design and own Python ETL pipelines and REST API integrations that feed financial data into our platform with data-correctness guarantees. You will extend our agent ecosystem: agents, MCP servers, and other agent-callable tools with safe authentication and read-only scoping, plus the internal tooling and knowledge sharing the team relies on. You will directly guide coding agents: write specs and plan steps before code is generated, provide context, and critically review diffs. You will write unit, integration, and regression tests, including eval sets to catch quality regressions when prompts or model versions change.
