Build consistent application patterns to deploy to Amazon EKS, enabling AI-assisted general and specialized development work.
Promote AI adoption with secure guardrails, observability, and governance.
Establish guardrails and platform features for a streamlined deployment path and faster go-lives with low-friction tooling.
Lead the long-term developer experience roadmap, collaborating with multiple disciplines.
Engineer resilient traffic paths with proper failure handling, chaos testing, and MTTR reduction.
Integrate end-to-end observability and provide clear docs for troubleshooting.
Optimize performance and cost, monitor anomalies, and manage resources.
Steward code lifecycle, versioning, migrations, and usage telemetry.
Mentor engineers and collaborate with teams to embed abstractions into golden paths.
Build automated policies to ensure good code deployment practices.
8+ years of experience in developer tooling and deployment patterns.
PoC experience evaluating new technologies including AI platforms and developer-experience products.
Proficiency in Go, TypeScript, Python, or C#, and disciplined SCM workflows.
Strong knowledge of designing, developing, and deploying applications to Amazon EKS.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub/Gi
