Responsibilities

• Own strategic enterprise accounts from prospecting through contract execution.
• Build executive relationships with CISOs, CIOs, and senior business stakeholders.
• Develop territory strategies, account plans, and accurate sales forecasts.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles with Fortune 500 customers.
• Position NewCore's architectural approach, including Secure Split Key, agentic identity governance, phishing-resistant authentication, and future-ready identity security.
• Partner with Solutions Engineering during technical evaluations and proof-of-value engagements.
• Mentor team members by sharing enterprise sales best practices and market insights.
• Consistently achieve revenue targets while maintaining disciplined pipeline management.

Requirements

• 12+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience within cybersecurity, identity, cloud security, or data security.
• Demonstrated success selling complex enterprise solutions to Fortune 500 organizations.
• Experience engaging executive stakeholders, including C-level and Board-level leadership.
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or
