Activision is seeking an experienced Senior Azure Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and operate Azure-focused infrastructure within a global IT environment. This Infrastructure/Platform Engineer will work with corporate infrastructure and services that support servers, services, and network staff involved in the implementation, migration, and maintenance of solutions across the enterprise. The role requires designing, implementing, and supporting mid-to-enterprise level systems, participating as a leader or member in local and global projects, and contributing to policies, procedures, and standards across the IT organization. The position involves improving the team's management of servers and services globally and contributing to initiatives such as automation, virtualization, file services, and Linux servers with a focus on Azure Cloud.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day Linux infrastructure and contribute to moving toward a virtual cloud environment.
Design, implement, and maintain Azure Cloud computing architecture; deploy and fine-tune server and networking infrastructure.
Handle disaster recovery, patching, backup, and business continuity; set up and support configuration management tools.
Monitor servers and services; collaborate with other teams to understand needs and document processes for IT Operations.
