About the role

NewCore is hiring a Senior Account Executive to lead its most strategic enterprise opportunities and drive high-value sales cycles with Fortune 500 organizations in the identity and access management space. This senior individual contributor role focuses on prospecting through contract execution, building executive relationships, and helping shape the future of enterprise identity security.

Responsibilities

Own strategic enterprise accounts from prospecting through contract execution.
Build executive relationships with CISOs, CIOs, and senior business stakeholders.
Develop territory strategies, account plans, and accurate sales forecasts.
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles with Fortune 500 customers.
Position NewCore's architectural approach, including Secure Split Key, agentic identity governance, phishing-resistant authentication, and future-ready identity security.
Partner with Solutions Engineering during technical evaluations and proof-of-value engagements.
Mentor team members by sharing enterprise sales best practices and market insights.
Consistently achieve revenue targets while maintaining disciplined pipeline management.

Requirements

12+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience within cybersecurity, identity, cloud security, or data security.
Demonstrated success selling complex enterprise solutions to Fortune 500 organizations.
Experience engaging executive stakeholders, including C-level and Board-level leadership.
Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or
