The Editor will acquire 10-12 titles per year, focusing on commercial genre fiction with a speculative edge. Responsibilities include articulating and executing a handcrafted vision for each title from acquisition and creative development to close collaboration with design, art, production, and promotions teams. The Editor will serve as the authors' primary point of contact and in-house project manager, providing dedicated author care and championing the book throughout the publication process. The ideal candidate will have imaginative, expansive taste and a strong sense of audience, and a commitment to acquiring fiction that reflects the diversity of the speculative fiction community.
