Responsibilities

Generate leads through networking, marketing campaigns, and broker databases.
Present and showcase available properties, highlighting key features.
Source and engage potential buyers directly or through indirect channels; conduct site visits and prepare presentations; issue sales offers.
Achieve quarterly sales targets in line with annual goals.
Prepare and manage contracts, payment plans, and other sales documentation; ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
Develop and maintain client databases; update CRM.
Build and sustain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and brokers.
Provide a consultative sales approach, advising clients on development benefits and investment potential.
Assist clients with financing options, market trends, and legal processes; act as a trusted advisor.
Manage the lead process and keep opportunities up-to-date.
Address client concerns during or after transactions; support clients' requirements.
Coordinate property visits and show home management; respond to inquiries about pricing, amenities, and payment terms.

Requirements

4–6+ years of experience in residential real estate sales with a track record of annual sales of AED 100 mi
