ACKtive Engineering Solutions LLC is seeking a Senior Software Developer with experience in complex systems and network devices to support a high-priority U.S. government customer. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and is an on-site position based in Howard County, Maryland.

Responsibilities

Develop and enhance capabilities that directly support a critical U.S. government program.
Work on-site, fully integrated with the customer’s team, collaborating daily with subject matter experts and senior engineers.
Continuously learn, experiment, and grow while sharpening your technical toolkit in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Apply your creativity and development experience to:
Analyze complex systems and networked devices
Discover novel solutions to challenging technical and operational problems

Requirements

Active TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline (additional years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
10+ years of hands-on experience with:
Reverse engineering
C programming
Network devices
Experience supporting the development or analysis of mobile devices
Familiarity with low-level platforms, embedded systems, and/or firmware analysis
Experience working in a Real Time Operating System environment
