About the role

Weatherford is seeking an experienced Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for our Saudi Arabia operations. You will work directly with operations and functional leaders to fill field, technical, and support roles across the Kingdom, from sourcing through to offers. This hands-on role requires ownership of requisitions, pipeline development, and a trusted partnership with hiring managers. You will also contribute to Saudization by building local talent pipelines.

Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned requisitions: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and expectations.
Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach, with a focus on oil and gas technical and field talent.
Build and maintain pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles (Field Engineers, Technical Sales, HSE, Supply Chain, etc.).
Screen and assess candidates, coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and keep candidates informed at every stage.
Prepare and present offers in line with compensation guidelines, and negotiate with candidates when needed.
Support Saudization targets by developing local sourcing channels, including universities, technical institutes, and government programs (e.g., HRDF).
Maintain the Oracle HCM ATS; report on pipeline health, time-to-fill, and source effectiveness.
Work with HR, mobility, and government relations on visa, iqama, and onboarding requirements for Saudi nationals and expat
