You will work directly with operations and functional leaders to fill field, technical, and support roles across the Kingdom, from sourcing through to offers. This hands-on role requires ownership of requisitions, pipeline development, and a trusted partnership with hiring managers. You will also contribute to Saudization by building local talent pipelines.

Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned requisitions: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and expectations.
Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach, with a focus on oil and gas technical and field talent.
Build and maintain pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles (Field Engineers, Technical Sales, HSE, Supply Chain, etc.).

Prepare and present offers in line with compensation guidelines, and negotiate with candidates when needed.

Maintain the Oracle HCM ATS; report on pipeline health, time-to-fill, and source effectiveness.
Work with HR, mobility, and government relations on visa, iqama, and onboarding requirements for Saudi nationals and expat
