This role provides world-class support to Polish-speaking users of Fitbit devices and the wellness ecosystem, troubleshoots issues with fitness tracking, heart rate monitoring, and application synchronization, and educates users on maximizing their wellness journey using Fitbit features and data insights. You will maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional, empathetic service, and document interactions to support ongoing product improvement. As a Fitbit brand ambassador, you will collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical concerns and hardware inquiries, and you will communicate in English for corporate training and documentation. The ideal candidate is native or fluent in Polish, holds a valid EU passport, and can work on-site in Poland. Proficiency in English is required for training and documentation.
