InPost Group, a leading European out-of-home deliveries company, is hiring an AI Engineering Manager to join the Data & AI organization and help build the next generation of AI-powered products. You will lead a multidisciplinary engineering team of approximately 10-15 engineers, shape the AI Engineering strategy, and establish software development standards that empower the organization to deliver AI-native solutions across the Group. You will partner closely with product, data, and technology stakeholders to define requirements, set priorities, and plan features for machine learning-powered products. Responsibilities include establishing standards and processes for AI-native product development (including CI/CD with evals, test sets, and search subsystems); selecting and implementing tools (MCP Servers, A2A communication, CI/CD pipelines); guiding the development of AI-native workflows involving streaming and long-running tasks; driving architectural improvements and engineering practices to enhance product functionality and customer experience; contributing to hiring, onboarding, and the professional development of team members; and collaborating with strategic vendors and technology partners on partnerships and service agreements.
