About the role

Outside Sales Representative for Home Care Services Right at Home SLC is seeking an energetic, community-oriented sales professional to engage families in need of compassionate non-medical home care. The role covers Salt Lake County and Davis County, with a focus on building relationships with families and referral sources and representing Right at Home at local events and health fairs.

What You'll Do: - Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective clients and referral sources in the community - Maintain a consistent field presence (approximately 75% of the time) - Manage follow-ups, emails, and calls - Generate and maintain a pipeline of at least 40 referral sources per week - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients - Serve as a trusted resource for families exploring home care options - Represent Right at Home at local events, health fairs, and networking opportunities - Plan weekly sales activities and document all sales activities in the CRM

What We're Looking For: - Experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in healthcare or home care - Associate or bachelor’s degree in health administration, social work, or related field is a plus - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Self-motivated, proactive, and well-connected in the local community - Flexible availability to respond to calls and emails as needed - On-call availability outside normal office hours - Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle - Ability to pass Health Department Background check, DMV check, and drug test
