Whitewater Group is seeking an OSM Plant & Finance Controller to support the financial and operational performance of our Off-Site Manufacturing (OSM) facility in Tomelloso, Spain. This hybrid role is ideally based in Tomelloso or the surrounding area; candidates based in Madrid who are prepared to travel regularly to Tomelloso will also be considered.

Reporting to the OSM Director and working closely with the Spain Finance Lead and Operations team, the successful candidate will act as the finance partner for the factory, delivering financial insight and supporting operational decision-making while maintaining a hands-on presence on the factory floor.

Key responsibilities include developing plant performance reporting and KPIs, cost accounting for products, projects and jobs (actual vs. estimated analysis and margin follow-up), monitoring WIP, inventory and working capital, and overseeing labour productivity, capacity, overhead absorption and manufacturing efficiency. You will support budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance analysis, and work with the Spain Finance Lead on monthly closing, invoicing, P&L and balance sheet reporting, CAPEX tracking, and intercompany costing and billing to ensure manufacturing activity is accurately reflected in financial results.

Additional duties include identifying cost saving and process improvement opportunities, collaborating on ERP implementation and other systems/process improvements affecting manufacturing operations, and supporting intercompany relationships across the Group.
