About the role

Join Lounge by Zalando as a Junior CRM Operations Manager and help power the customer engagement engine behind our daily campaigns. This role involves hands-on configuration, testing, and deployment of multi-channel campaigns to millions of members across European markets, using Braze and Contentful to deliver email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and content cards. You will contribute to moving our operations toward a highly automated, self-service model while maintaining quality and accuracy across languages and devices.

Responsibilities

End-to-end setup and launch of targeted lifecycle campaigns and promotions across European markets using Braze Canvas.
Configure localized content blocks, copy, and images within Contentful to support automated, multi-channel workflows.
Run continuous A/B and multivariate tests to optimize open rates, CTRs, engagement, and ROI.
Maintain QA standards with standardized pre-deployment checklists and UAT to ensure 100% campaign accuracy.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal commercial teams and external partners to ensure on-time execution of campaigns.

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on experience in CRM operations, digital marketing, or ecommerce campaign execution in fast-paced environments.
Practical experience with customer engagement platforms (Braze; Salesforce Marketing Cloud or HubSpot is a plus) and headless CMS like Contentful.
Foundational HTML/CSS knowledge; Braze certification is a major plus.
Analytical mindset with experience tracking metrics such as open rates, CTRs, and conversions, and us
