Hospital Key Account Manager – North East England, United Kingdom. Aspire Pharma is an asset-light pharmaceutical manufacturer that licenses and develops niche products offering value for payors and reliable supply. We are seeking a Hospital Key Account Manager to cover the Hospital Sales portfolio in North East England. This field-based role is accountable for sales performance and profitability and involves identifying business opportunities and delivering against sales targets through effective account planning. You will promote key products and build relationships with Consultants, Registrars, Clinical Nurse Specialists, Pharmacists and Procurement within the therapeutic areas. Requirements include proven hospital sales experience in POM/Medical Devices, preferably in Urology, ENT or Gastroenterology with a track record of securing formulary listings; strong account management, planning, analytical, and communication skills; and computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Responsibilities include owning and executing a rolling business plan to deliver incremental sales, analyzing sales data, planning regional activity, engaging hospital departments (Pharmacy, Procurement, Clinical Leads, Meds Management), educating clinicians, and collaborating with brand, supply chain, regulatory, quality, legal and other teams to implement pull-through sales strategies.
