Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the dealership and transition them from Sales to Finance during the vehicle purchase process.
• Determine financing needs and present transparent pricing options and available products.
• Process finance transactions, submit deals to lenders, obtain approvals, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build referrals.
• Develop product knowledge to effectively assist customers and support sales goals.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
