About the role

Job Title: Customer Support Hours: 35 hours per week, including Saturdays Pattern: Full-time

Salary

£26,200 per annum, increasing to £26,950 after 6 months Overview: This is a full-time, branch-based Customer Support role across Lloyds Banking Group branches in Malvern and Worcester. You will provide face-to-face support to customers, handling everyday banking tasks while focusing on guiding customers through important moments—offering reassurance, practical support and helping them use digital services. You will adapt to different customer needs, promote and support our digital services, and assist customers in using online and mobile banking independently. You will recognise opportunities to connect customers with the right products and services.
