The role spans both New Product Development and ongoing maintenance, including defect investigation, feature enhancements and software improvements. You will join an international R&D team delivering reliable, world-leading industrial products across real-time motion control, embedded Linux, communications, signal processing, user interfaces, image recognition, security and industrial automation technologies. Responsibilities include designing, developing, testing and maintaining embedded software for real-time and Linux-based platforms, including low-level drivers, hardware interfaces and application software; building a strong understanding of current and future products; contributing to NPD and maintenance; working within an Agile environment; creating clear technical documentation; taking ownership of assigned work with attention to detail.
