Position overview We are seeking a full-time contract Technical Recruiter to provide high-impact recruiting support for our fast-growing organization. The role focuses on sourcing and full-cycle recruiting for technical and digital experience roles, with emphasis on Adobe Experience Cloud talent.

Responsibilities - Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, target profiles, and recruitment strategies. - Execute full-cycle recruiting for Adobe ecosystem roles (AEM Developers, Data Engineers, Architects, Digital Strategists, MarTech Specialists) and other technical positions. - Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced boolean searches, job boards, and networking. - Manage candidate pipelines, screen applicants, present qualified shortlists, coordinate interviews, and support offer negotiations. - Maintain ATS data accuracy (Workday preferred) and provide regular recruiting status updates. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and candidate engagement.
