Overview: Lifestyle Brands (the LSB), part of the SC Johnson family, is seeking a qualified finance professional to partner with Sales and Marketing as the main Finance Business Partner for the UK Hub. You will work closely with the UK Hub Leader and Head of FP&A to drive financial planning, insights, and business decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead the monthly and quarterly forecast process and annual budgeting for the UK hub; identify drivers of risk and opportunity versus the operating plan; partner with the S&OP cycle to ensure financial alignment; deliver strategic, actionable recommendations to leadership; own the UK month-end P&L close and balance trade spend and brand spend; ensure accurate trade spend reconciliations and ROI analysis; drive process improvements to improve forecast accuracy and financial performance; collaborate with the wider LSB finance team on cost reviews and internal controls; maintain robust documentation for internal and external audits. Experience and skills: Qualified Accountant with at least 5 years PQE; experience in commercial finance/FP&A; FMCG exposure is a plus; proven ability to forecast and analyze financial data and present clearly to cross-functional teams; strong influencing skills; advanced Excel; SAP and Anaplan experience a major plus.
