This role supports the full recruiting lifecycle by combining technical sourcing, candidate engagement, recruiting coordination, interview scheduling, pipeline management, and recruiting operations, with a focus on Adobe Experience Cloud and related digital experience technologies. You will collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, delivery leadership, and HR to proactively identify and engage technical talent and to ensure a positive candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the process. Responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies for Adobe Experience Cloud, AI, cloud, and digital transformation roles; identifying passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, GitHub, professional communities, conferences, user groups, and other channels; building evergreen pipelines; coordinating interviews across multiple calendars and time zones; preparing interview confirmations and candidate communications; ensuring timely collection of interview feedback; maintaining accurate candidate records in the ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter; producing recruiter-ready summaries and sourcing notes; and supporting onboarding and recruiting operations.
