We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused finance professional to join our Branded Finance Operations team. In this role you will help ensure timely and accurate invoicing for branded self-bill suppliers and support the wider Finance Operations function across Retail, Online, and Platform Partner businesses.

This position is office-based five days a week in Blaby, and you will work closely with Finance, Technology and Product teams, as well as our extended offshore team, to improve processes, drive efficiencies and support change initiatives. Key responsibilities include: - Managing master data for branded supplier accounts and ensuring information is accurate and up to date. - Handling supplier queries and maintaining strong relationships with key supplier accounts. - Monitoring and reporting compliance issues, including VAT and commissions; managing HMRC self-billing agreements. - Processing and submitting invoices within agreed deadlines. - Supporting projects and change initiatives, including testing, risk assessment and issue mitigation. - Collaborating with internal stakeholders across Finance, Technology and Product. - Completing balance sheet reconciliations and supporting general ledger management. - Supporting month-end and year-end close processes. - Working with the wider business to resolve process, accounting and supplier queries. - Identifying opportunities to improve processes, drive efficiencies and introduce automation. - Coordinating with our extended offshore team to ensure accu
