About Primal Storm: A fully remote, performance-driven DTC company focused on natural health products. We are a team of 39 professionals with two founders who work closely with the team, a fast-paced and collaborative environment, internal merchandise, design competitions, and performance-based prizes. Leaders are accessible and support professional growth.

What you’ll do: - Edit 6–20 performance ads per week for campaigns with active advertising spend. - Create hyperrealistic AI user-generated content (UGC), animated ads, and high-quality voiceovers. - Produce AI-generated song ads and animations in styles such as 3D and claymation. - Develop new hooks, concepts, and variations based on performance data. - Analyze results and improve creatives through testing and iteration. - Deliver high-quality work quickly and consistently. - Communicate progress clearly and identify blockers early. - Own deadlines and maintain responsiveness.

- Base pay $1,500–$2,500 per month with uncapped performance bonuses. - Bonuses scale with performance; top performers grow their earnings as campaigns scale.
