Strong emphasis on clear communication with clients and internal teams to deliver on time and within budget. Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience), 5+ years in construction procurement/management, knowledge of public procurement methods, and ability to travel 30-50%.
