A Series C fintech company building modern banking infrastructure for small and independent businesses is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Growth to own and scale the full growth funnel—from acquisition through retention. Operating in a regulated fintech environment, you will bring rigorous experimentation discipline, strong analytical instincts, and a genuine passion for helping small businesses thrive financially. This is a hands-on leadership role at the intersection of product, data, and growth marketing. You will set strategy, run experiments, and partner cross-functionally to turn validated wins into scalable product features, while leveraging AI to boost velocity and impact. What You'll Do: Develop and execute a growth product strategy aligned with company mission, growth objectives, and unit economics. Serve as a strategic partner to executive, product, and growth marketing teams, providing data-driven insights for key decisions. Translate objectives into a prioritized growth roadmap connecting experimentation to long-term strategy. Own the full growth funnel—acquisition, activation, conversion, monetization, and retention—focusing on LTV, CAC, and payback. Design, run, and scale a rigorous A/B testing program across landing pages, onboarding, pricing, and personalization. Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Growth Marketing to productionalize winning experiments into scalable features.
