Key responsibilities include developing and tracking brand and campaign strategies for seasonal menus, large events, food truck features, and venue milestones; on-site content creation including photography and videography for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other channels; graphic and collateral design for menus, signage, retail graphics, and digital advertisements; website and digital presence management across brand sites and third-party listings; community and reputation management; event and multi-unit support; and performance analytics with ROI reporting to the executive team.
