You will set the direction for your area, shape a now/next/later roadmap, and make day-to-day decisions aligned with a clear product vision, with the autonomy of a startup and the reach of a multinational. Depending on business priorities, you may start in financial crime and compliance—streamlining onboarding, strengthening controls, catching fraud early, and turning regulatory requirements into actionable engineering work—or you may work on consumer-facing areas such as remittance, cards, wallet, and lending, addressing acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization for 2.2 million unbanked employees. The PMs who succeed balance regulatory constraints with growth goals and can hold both a regulatory constraint and a growth funnel in their head. Responsibilities include owning a product area, identifying levers and problems, building a now/next/later roadmap, evangelizing the vision, leading discovery, de-risking initiatives, using data to guide decisions, and collaborating with engineering to ship PRDs and remove blockers.
