We are hiring a Senior Product Manager for Tradfi Options to own the end-to-end product lifecycle for options and derivatives trading products on the platform, from ideation to launch and ongoing iteration. You will drive product strategy aligned with the company’s vision and evolving market trends, collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, risk, compliance, and marketing, and analyze market data, user feedback, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and optimize product performance. Responsibilities include defining clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; driving enhancements for options and related derivatives; and ensuring delivery of high-quality trading experiences. Requirements include 3–4 years of experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst, preferably in trading, derivatives, or fintech; demonstrated experience with options or trading products and a solid understanding of trading needs; a proven track record of independently driving a product from research to launch; strong knowledge of trading products and financial markets; familiarity with options/derivatives is highly desirable.
