Responsibilities

Support Senior Product Manager across strategic operations work streams.
Translate business priorities into clear technical requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans; lead scoping calls and produce crisp outputs.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, UX, and Client Success to define, prioritise, and deliver high-impact capabilities.
Drive discovery, planning, development, testing, release, and post-launch iteration; own roadmap development projects end-to-end.
Establish and maintain intake/triage rhythm for enhancement requests and operational work; ensure context, impact, dependencies, and priorities are captured for leadership decisions.
Build and maintain a prioritized view of platform risks and operational gaps; surface risks early to product leadership.
Manage cross-functional alignment, dependencies, timelines, risks, and status reporting.
Analyze data, client fee
