Overview: We are seeking a Principal Growth Product Manager to own the strategy and evolution of a suite of customer-facing digital products that power a growing marketplace. In this senior individual contributor role, you will shape product direction, drive user adoption, and deliver measurable business impact through data-driven decision-making and continuous experimentation. You will collaborate with engineering, design, sales, customer success, and operations teams to identify growth opportunities and translate customer insights into innovative product enhancements.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and long-term vision for multiple customer-facing product experiences.
Prioritize initiatives by balancing customer needs, business goals, technical feasibility, and market opportunities.
Partner with Engineering and Design teams to deliver high-quality product enhancements through agile and iterative development.
Identify opportunities to improve customer journeys, user workflows, feature adoption, and overall marketplace engagement.
Establish and monitor key product performance metrics, including user adoption, engagement, conversion, feature utilization, and business outcomes.
Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and other experimentation initiatives to validate hypotheses and optimize growth.
Analyze customer behavior, product performance, and market insights to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
