As a Junior Marketing & PR Manager, you actively shape our external presence. You will develop relevant content, increase Parto's visibility in the right networks, and ensure our messages reach the audiences that matter, working closely with our Sales-Squad. The role can be structured as an internship, working student position, or junior role depending on experience. Your workplace is Hamburg, Germany.

Responsibilities - Website & Social Media: plan and manage the website and social channels (especially LinkedIn); develop a structured content plan; create relevant, audience-targeted posts; continuously evolve our content formats. - PR & Media Relations: build long-term relationships with media, journalists, and key opinion leaders; identify topics and stories for external communications; write press releases and analyze media resonance. - Newsletter & Audience Communication: design, create, and send targeted newsletters; analyze performance and optimize content and formats based on metrics. - Events & Networking: plan and organize trade shows and networking events; coordinate internal teams and partners; represent Parto at selected events in Germany. - Analytics & Growth: track the impact of marketing and PR activities; derive actionable recommendations; collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product; help establish scalable marketing and PR processes to support Parto's growth.
