Overview: We are seeking a Senior Recruiter with Pharma R&D recruiting experience to deliver staffing solutions with excellence throughout the recruitment lifecycle. As a brand ambassador for the client, you will provide proactive and timely communication on candidate progress, and serve as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, offering consultative guidance to hiring leaders. You will mentor recruiters and other team members.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications, provide market data, and make recommendations.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
Evaluate candidate profiles against requirements, deliver strong candidate slates, and build talent pipelines.
Keep candidates engaged with timely updates on progress.
Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details, using market data and compensation guidelines to support recommendations.
Mentor recruiters and other team members.
Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Significant recruiting experience in corporate, RPO, or agency settings; pharmaceutical R&D experience required.
Familiarity with ATS and social media tools; knowledge of HR principles and metrics related to talent acquisition.
Self-starter, curious, and capable of driving process improvements.
