Your tasks - You develop our marketing strategy together with the marketing team and translate it into concrete actions. - You support planning and execution of photoshoots, video productions, campaigns, trade shows, and partnerships in collaboration with partners and influencers. - You create briefs for content production, external agencies, creatives, and service providers. - You assist with maintaining and optimizing our website. - You maintain our media database and help structure internal marketing processes. - You analyze relevant marketing data, prepare reports, and derive concrete optimization actions. - You work from our office in Hamburg and have the option to work from home.

Your profile - You have completed vocational training or studies in marketing, communications, media, or with comparable professional experience. - You think strategically and at the same time enjoy hands-on implementation. - You have knowledge of website maintenance, content management systems and search engine optimization. - You have an affinity for furniture, design, and education. - You are quick to grasp concepts, detail-oriented, work independently, and can manage multiple parallel projects. - You are communicative, reliable, and enjoy working in a team. - You are comfortable with new technologies, especially Microsoft 365, and ideally Canva and
