AlphaSense is hiring a Senior Talent Operations Program Manager to own the systems, processes, and data powering recruiting across the organization. This hands-on, individual-contributor role treats recruiting as an interconnected system of workflows and focuses on making it faster, cleaner, and more measurable. You will serve as the admin and subject-matter expert for the recruiting tech stack, including Greenhouse (ATS), Gem (CRM/analytics), BrightHire (interview intelligence), and Guide (candidate experience), manage configurations and integrations in partnership with IT, and drive automation and AI-enabled workflows to scale recruiting without adding headcount. You will own data integrity across Greenhouse and downstream systems (including handoffs to Workday), define data-entry standards, and build dashboards tracking core funnel and efficiency metrics (time-to-fill, time-to-hire, pass-through rates, source effectiveness) to inform hiring strategy. You will map and optimize recruiting workflows end-to-end—from intake to close—establish operating rhythms and SLAs for a consistent, high-quality experience for hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates. You will develop playbooks, templates, documentation, and training to enable recruiters, coordinators, and hiring managers across the full lifecycle, onboard new tools, and drive adoption through user-centric change management.
